Wayne was amazing. We called and no one answered but to my surprise, Wayne called right back and said that he had a missed call which was extremely kind. He made us feel valued as a customer and comfortable. We are two girls and going to a car place can be quite a negative experience but Wayne was sweet and made us feel very safe. His garage was also really well put together and professional. He also has two really well-behaved dogs and a chicken that he rescued. I’m definitely coming here again

I stopped into American Tire of Jacksonville on a business road trip and could not have had a better experience. The owner went over and above to not only find the best option tire-wise but to make sure anything else that needed to be done to the vehicle was done. 10/10, there’s also a pet chicken.
